Let me tell you something about my country, the Philippines!

Philippines is a neighboring country of Japan.

Did you know?
Unlike Japan that has four seasons (summer, fall, winter, spring),
My country only has two seasons, namely, dry season (summer) and rainy season.
With that, the Philippines is a tropical country.

During the dry or summer season, I love going to the beach and spending time with my family.
During the rainy season, I just curl up with a book and drink some hot cocoa or coffee perhaps!

3/18(火)～3/22(土)にTOEIC・TOEIC Bridgeが開催されます。

TOEIC系のテストは、語彙や問題形式等で共通テストとの相関性も高く、しっかり対策をして臨むことで大変有意義なものとなります。
また、合否ではなく点数で結果が出るので、安心してご受験いただけるのもメリットの一つです。

現在、2月～3月において、TOEIC・TOEIC Bridge特別対策レッスンをご案内中です。
10枠限定で、現在3枠予約済みとなっております。
お席は先着順となりますので、お早めのお申込みをおすすめいたします！

また、TOEIC・TOEIC Bridge試験のお申込用紙を生徒の皆さんにお渡しを開始しております。
試験お申込みの際は、用紙に必要事項を記入いただき、切り取ってスタッフにお渡しください。
その際に、対策レッスンのお申込みも一緒にお承りいたします。

Recently, my younger kindergarten students learnt the names of different types of food.
We asked each other "Do you like noodles?" or "Do you like chicken?"
The students had fun telling me about their favorite foods.
My student's mom told me that she has been saying noodles and a few other words in English at home.
I am really happy that she can remember what we learn in class and use it in daily conversation.
I hope she continues to enjoy learning English.

Our higher elementary students are learning about countable and uncountable objects using different kinds of food.
It's fun to ask them what toppings they want on their pizza or their ice cream.
Some students wanted a few cherries on their ice cream.
Some students wanted a lot of cheese on their pizza.
The students laughed when I said I wanted a lot of chocolate sauce on my pizza.
Everyone seems to love talking about what food they like!

This week, our Junior High School First Grade students learned `Is there a (place) around here?`

Have you been travelling lately?
Or do you have plans to travel soon and want to visit a particular place near the area you are staying?

As for me, I plan to go to a yakiniku restaurant!
Guess I`d have to ask some locals around my place.
