Do you like daffodils? I hope you do because this beautiful flower is the birth flower of March. They can come in a few different colors but are primarily six white petals with a bright yellow trumpet in the middle with long stems.
Daffodils are names after Narcissus the son of Cephissus, who in greek mythology was a river god. According to mythology Narcissus fell in love with his own reflection in the water and when he fell in the pool and drowned, a daffodil bloomed where he died.
Daffodils are seen as rebirth since they are one of the first flowers to bloom in spring
