Hello everyone. I hope you are having a great day.
Today, I would like to introduce a seminar that we are
offering. It`s called "A letter to Santa".
In this seminar the students will get a chance a write a letter to Santa
and actually get a reply from Santa this Christmas.
How exciting is that? This seminar has started already since we need to
send a letter to Canada as early as November to get response on Christmas
day.
The students will not just learn Christmas vocabulary but will also get a chance
to experience an unforgettable Christmas.

Where, What, When, Why and How!
Hello Everyone I hope you have had a great week
Today we are going to discuss the common question words and how to use them to practice English.
They are very important to learn as you will have to use them in every conversation. They are also very useful for helping you understand the question you are being asked. If you know someone that speaks English consider asking them questions to see how they will respond.
Here are some common questions you can ask.
Who is your favourite (sports team)?
What (sports team) do you support?
How often do you (watch football)?
When do you (watch football)?
Why do you (like this team)?
Another way to ask is to make a statement. If you are familiar with asking questions then making statements will make you sound more fluent. For example;
You look like a Man United fan.
You like Liverpool, right?
I take it you watch football a lot.
Weekends are the best times to watch football.
Real Madrid has an awesome line up.
You can get the same information with these statements as with the questions above, the difference being that the interaction will feel smoother and more native like.
The great thing about questions is that you can ask them to yourself. Making them easy to practice alone.
Thats all for today I hope you have a splendid week!
Slang of the Day! (part 5)
Hi everyone, How are you doing today?
I hope you are all doing well.
We are now in our part 5 of slangs.
Now, let`s get started!
Slang of the day: Cut me some slack
Meaning: This slang is used when you want to ask someone
to give you a consideration or if you want to make things
easier.
Examples:
1. It has been a rough week for me. Cut me some slack.
2. I was so grateful that my teacher cut me some slack and forgave me for being late.
3. Cut him some slack, his father just died last week.
That`s it for today everyone! Again, please use the previous slangs we learned
so you will understand fully how they are used. See you!
