Feature of Kasugai

  • ☆ The Classroom ☆
    We offer a variety of lessons catered to all ages and levels.
    Each lesson is designed to be fun with lots of chances to use English.
    The use of computers and screens makes lessons fun and engaging for students, but we also make sure to practice writing with pen and paper too!
  • ☆ The Lobby ☆
    The lobby is a great place for English interaction.
    After each fun lesson, we explain the contents to parents.
    During this time, students can study at our self-study desks, or interact with the many colorful posters and English materials placed around the lobby.
    Pictured to the right are the current champions of our drill book leaderboard, which is a fun and competitive way to motivate our students to study at home too!
    During the day, the lobby is full of students and teachers, so let’s all talk and make friends! ♪

Our School and Surrounding Areas

  • Amity is easy to find because it's directly opposite Kasugai City Hall. Look out for the green and orange sign!
  • This is an Interactive class. Students use programs created for native English speakers. Although the programs may feel like games to our students, they are an excellent teaching resource. They are especially useful for practicing listening and reading skills.
  • Every year we invite students to celebrate foreign holidays with us. Our most popular events include Christmas, New Year, Halloween and Easter! Students are welcome to come in costumes and we decorate the school for the season.
  • Baby and toddler classes are popular at Amity. This age is the best time to start learning English because young children quickly aquire new language. With the use of songs, storybooks and games, our students learn English through play - just like a native speaker would!
  • Our conversation classes can be taught by native English speakers or Japanese teachers. Regardless of the teacher, the lesson is taught entirely in English!
  • Older students can take grammar classes to further strengthen their English skills. These can be so helpful when it comes to preparing for high school and university entrance exams, as well as Eiken or Toeic exams.
