Here is where it start to get hard. Past tense are things that happened before right now. Things that happened 10 seconds ago, 5 minutes ago, 2 months ago or more.
In past tense, most verbs add -ed.
climb -> climbed
walk -> Walked.
Vowels are A,E,I,O,U. Consonants are all the other letters.
If a word ends in consonant-vowel-consonant, you must double the last letter then add -ed.
stop -> stopped
UNLESS it end in W,X,or Y . If it ends in W,X, or Y, only add -ed.
Play ->Played. Not Playyed.
If the verb ends in consonant-Y, you must change the Y to I and add -ed.
Try -> Tried.

Do you understand tenses? Tenses are the time that things happen. The simple ones are. Present tense. Past tense. and Future tense.
Present tense are things happening now like right now!
Right now you are reading. "I am am reading" Is a present tense sentence.
Verbs end in -ing to make them present tense.
Present tense Go-> Going.
I am going. 私は行っています。
Can you practice with these verbs?:
Swim.
Yell.
Run.
Write.
Climb.

In the summer many people like to go outside and enjoy the warm weather but maybe you like to stay inside.
Staying inside is a great time to. You can watch movies or TV shows, read books, listen to music, or play video games.
There is a new game called Marvel Rivals. If you like super heroes this is a cool game to try out! It's similar to overwatch and apex and you have to use your skills to defeat the other team!
I told you I like to go paddle boarding but what else is there to do?
It's the best time to get ice cream, shaved ice and explore the water.
But if you dont like those things a lot of people choose this time to go camping, or travel other places.
Where do you want to travel this year?
The weather is getting warm and it's continuously feeling like summer!
What do you like to do in the summer? There are many things to do but I like water activities.
Going to the beach is my favourite and if you havent tried, you should try paddle boarding this summer!
