教師研修を実施しました！

今回は、初の「英語のコラム」をお届けします♪
アミティーの外国人教師は世界約15ヵ国から「英語を話すことで世界が広がることを伝えたい！」という思いで来日し、アミティー各校でお子さまのレッスンを担当しています。以下、外国人教師の研修の様子を、トレーナーからレポートしています。
This month, our teachers participated in a Follow-up Teacher Training designed to deepen their skills, reflect on their practice, and continue growing as educators. The sessions focused on refining lesson delivery, strengthening student engagement, and sharing effective strategies that help meet the diverse needs of every learner. It was an opportunity for our teachers to collaborate, learn from one another, and bring fresh energy and ideas back into the classroom.
Most importantly, this training reflects our ongoing commitment to your children. We are constantly striving to improve, not just maintaining quality, but actively raising it, so that every student receives the best possible support and learning experience. Our goal is to create classrooms where students feel encouraged, challenged, and confident, and we are proud to invest the time and effort into making that happen every day.
アミティーでは、定期的に教師研修を実施しています。
今月は１泊２日の研修が実施され、全国のアミティーから沢山の先生たちが集まりました。
研修参加のあたり、レッスンのお振替をお願いし、ご協力くださった生徒さま、ありがとうございました。
研修では、お互いのレッスンを見て、良い点と課題点を話し合いました。さらに、一人ひとりの学習意欲を高めたり、多様な学習ニーズに対応するための効果的な指導方法についても様々な意見・アイディアを交換しました。
今後も楽しく、充実したレッスンを提供し、「英語が好き！英語が得意！」と思ってもらうことが私たちの目標です。
その実現のために尽力してまいります。
今週の“使えるひとこと英語”
“Learning is a lifelong journey.”
「学びは生涯続く旅である」
「学び続けることが成長につながる」「何歳になっても学び続けることは大切」という意味の格言です★
