Hello! I'm Sydney Ballam, I'm from Lindsay Ontario, Canada. My hobbies include writing, singing and playing guitar. Some of my favourite musicians/bands are Jack White, Mother Mother and The Arctic Monkeys. I studied Film in University, so I also love movies, especially horror! I am very excited to teach Amity and I can't wait to meet everyone!

I am Joanne from Antique, Philippines. It's a beautiful and peaceful province in Western Visayas. I love singing and doing physical activities like hiking, biking, playing sports and dancing. My favorite hobbies include reading books and watching movies. I love kids a lot and teaching English is something I'm really passionate about. I look forward to having fun and worthwhile lessons with you all!

Hello Everyone!
My name is Jesse and I am from Pacifica, California which is a small beach town south of San Francisco. I graduated from the University of Oregon this past summer where I studied Film. This is my first time leaving the United States and I could not be more excited to travel across such a beautiful country like Japan. I love playing sports. I love boxing, lacrosse, basketball, rugby, and I played American Football for 11 years. I enjoy rock music some of my favorite bands include: Nirvana, Radiohead, Talking Heads, and The Killers, but I also like other types of music as well. My favorite hobbies are playing the guitar, watching movies, building computers, and making movies. I have two brothers, one older (24 years old) and one younger (18 years old). I am very excited to be teaching in Amity and meeting all of the students and parents. I already feel at home here in Kawagoe!
