🍪☕British man in Japan!☕🍪
Hello! Steven here!!!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful day!
Being a British English teacher at Amity is a fun and rewarding experience. Every day I get to share a little piece of my culture while also learning about life in Japan. Sometimes my pronunciation and word choices make people smile. My students and their parents are always interested in my culture and the way I say words. It's a fun and meaningful way for me to connect to my students and parents!
Everyday is filled with learning and teaching, but more importantly it's filled with smiles!
That's all from me today! Steven signing off!
British Word of the day: Mate
Definition: A friend.
Example: "Billy is my mate." "They are my mates"
