We are excited to share the progress of one of our 8th-grade students!
This student began taking conversation lessons last school year. At first, it was challenging for him to catch up with classmates who had prior experience in conversation classes with a native teacher.
However, he stayed focused on his goal of developing his speaking skills. This year, he participated in K-course seminars to further improve his conversational abilities.
Now, he confidently answers questions with ease! We are so proud of his incredible progress!

今年の4月から週1回、日本人講師の会話レッスンに通われている5歳児さんが、
半年以上経った今、天気と色を自信を持って1人で発話できるようになりました☀

"How is the weather?"に対して、"It's windy!"など、きちんとIt'sから話すことができていたり、
"What color is this?"にも、"It's purple!"と素早く答えることができていたり…
【言える！】という自信がついている姿を見せてくれています♪

最近では、"I can use a saw."という文を1回聞いただけで、
1人でフルセンテンスをリピートすることができました！

聞こえた英語をそのまま発話することに慣れられましたね☆
保護者の方も、「こんな難しいこと言えるんだ…！」と感動されていました♪

Hello, everyone! I'd like to tell you about one of our elementary school students.
She started the upper elementary class this April.

Since then, I have seen lots of improvement in her reading and pronunciation.
She is able to read sentences in the lesson smoothly and her pronunciation of words with "/r"
sounds is excellent!

I am very proud of her hard work and improvement!

Hello everyone!

I'd like to tell you about an Amity student who started the 1st grade of elementary school this year.
She has been very focused on her lessons and enjoys talking a lot.
She is always working hard to improve her English skills.

A student I have is a five-year-old boy.
He has always had a good understanding of English, but now he has really improved.
He has even started to challenge himself by adding more words to the sentences we learn. For example, the sentence is, “Do you have a book?”
He will add one more word and make it, “Do you have a purple book?”
He studies consistently at home and does very well in the lesson.

いよいよ高校受験の中３生、
小6から英検にチャレンジを初めて４年間、中３の６月の試験で見事英検２級に合格しました！
受験勉強も英語だけはアミティーで十分だと、他の科目に時間を使えているとのことです。

Hello everyone.

One of our 4 year old students just started studying English in Amity this year of April.
For a short period of time this student is able to remember basic vocabulary (numbers, colors, fruits, insects, fruits, vegetables, etc.) all by themselves.
Not only that but this student also makes sure to say phrases in English rather than in Japanese (One more time please, ______, please, Here you are. Thank you, etc.)

It only shows that the earlier a child is exposed to another language the more likely they would learn and remember it.
