Hello! This is Hena.

As a new teacher, one of the big challenges for me is how to handle big classes most especially younger students. In one of my P3 classes last week, I encountered a challenge on classroom management. Through the help of Matsuoka-sensei, Dinna-sensei, and Morinaga manager, I received some tips and suggestions on how to handle my classes in the future. This week, I was able to try and apply them in my classes on younger students like P2, P3, and some on P4. I look forward to more learning moments with my supportive fellow teachers and Manager in the future.
