Pets in America (but not cats & dogs)

Let’s look at some common pets in the United States that are not cats or dogs.

1. Poultry
It is more common for people to own chickens, geese, ducks, and turkeys than it is to own a guinea pig or hamster!

2. Hamsters
These small rodents are friendly and very popular among children.

3. Guinea Pigs
Larger than hamsters and just as cute!

Related to stoats, badgers, and minks. These animals are very energetic.
